General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Law No. 13,709 of 08/14/2018
What is it?
This law establishes rules for the use of personal data of individuals by public and private entities. LGPD is a norm that guarantees rights to data subjects and establishes rules for the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data of individuals. The rules established by LGPD must be observed by all sectors of the market: banks, hospitals, commerce, e-commerce companies, and also the public sector.

For security reasons, requests made via email to dpo@shoulder.com.br will be fulfilled only when we are certain of the user's identity. These data and information will be protected during storage and deleted as soon as the purpose of confirming the data subject's identity is fulfilled.
Termination of Data Processing
Your registration with us, if authorized for opening, will be maintained until you decide to close it, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions of use of the site, so that you can access your purchase history at any time.
